Property Terms & Conditions:
- Check out time is until 11:00 pm on your departure day. Check in time depending on the property you have booked.Please check the exact check in/out policy next to the Rate name.
- Late check out must be approved by the management and extra charges may apply.
- Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden. Penalty fee of €200 applies in case you smoke indoors.
- Damages at the property or its items including missing items will be charged upon inspection. In case of damage to any part of the hotel and its furniture/appliances. Depending on the damage done you might be obliged to fully or partially compensate the hotel owner.
- Number of Persons: The reservation is valid only for the number of persons booked. Extra persons not stated on the initial reservation will be charged extra.
- Parties and noise are strictly prohibited. Confetti at the property indoors or outdoors is strictly prohibited.
- The management will ask you to check out immediately if it comes to our attention that parties or noise are taking place at the property.
No refunds will be made in such a case. - Pets are not allowed for allergic reasons. Penalty fee 300 euro can apply
- A prepaid Damage Guarantee may be required in order to confirm the reservation anytime
- For your own safety, the external space of the building is under surveillance by CCTV.
- Payment policy for advance payments. In order to guarantee your direct www.unspoiledathens.com reservation, prepayment is required
- Cancellation policy might differ, depending on the available rate. Please check the exact cancellation policy next to the Rate name.
