Property Terms & Conditions: 1.Check out time is until 11:00 pm on your departure day. 2.Late check out must be approved by the management and extra charges may apply. 3.Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden. Penalty fee of €200 applies in case you smoke indoors. 4.Damages at the property or its items including missing items will be charged upon inspection. 5.Number of Persons: The reservation is valid only for the number of persons booked. Extra persons not stated on the initial reservation will be charged extra. 6.Parties and noise are strictly prohibited. Confetti at the property indoors or outdoors is strictly prohibited. 7.The management will ask you to check out immediately if it comes to our attention that parties or noise are taking place at the property. No refunds will be made in such a case. 8.Pets are not allowed for allergic reasons. Penalty fee of 300 euro can apply 9.A prepaid Damage Guarantee may be required in order to confirm the reservation anytime
