Terms & Conditions Check out time: Check out time is until 11:00 pm hours on your departure day. Late check must be approved by the management and extra charges apply. Damages: Damages at the property or its items including missing items will be charged upon inspection. Number of Persons: The reservation is valid only for the number of persons booked. Extra persons not stated on the initial reservation will be charged extra. Parties and noise: Parties and noise are strictly prohibited. Confetti at the property indoors or outdoors is strictly prohibited. The management will ask you to check out immediately if it comes to our attention that parties or noise are taking place at the property. No refunds will be made in such case.
